Đê đáp ứng nhu cầu tiêu thụ ngày càng cao cùa thị trường, việc tô chức sán suất nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phán: hạt sen tươi được nhiều nhà khoa học quan tâm nghiên cứu. Trong hài bảo này, nhóm tác giả trình bày kết quả nghiên cừu chế tạo và thử nghiệm bộ phận bóc vỏ lụa hạt sen tươi trên mảy bóc vỏ cứng hạt sen tươi. Kết quả cho thấy, bộ phận bóc vỏ lụa hạt sen tươi hoạt động hiệu quả và khối lượng trung bình cỉia các hạt sen trong moi nhóm thực nghiệm bị hư hỏng thấp.
